We’ve all been there , a crisp autumn Saturday, a group chat full of brunch plans, the promise of something delicious on the table and everyone talking about bottomless drinks.
But what if you don’t fancy the booze?
What if you’re driving from Warwick, taking a break from alcohol, doing Dry January several months early, or simply want to enjoy the fizz without the fuzzy head?
That’s where sober brunch comes in.
And no, it isn’t a sad substitute involving tap water and a raised eyebrow.
It’s a proper brunch. Good food. Cold glasses. Bubbles. Conversation you remember. A quiet rebellion against the idea that every celebration needs alcohol.
🍾 First, the honest answer about bottomless 0% fizz
At the time of writing in September 2026, we can’t verify a Leamington Spa venue publicly advertising bottomless alcohol-free Prosecco or unlimited non-alcoholic sparkling wine by that exact name.
That matters.
Some venues offer unlimited zero-alcohol cocktails, soft drinks or hot drinks within their brunch packages. Others may be happy to swap alcoholic fizz for an alcohol-free alternative if you ask in advance. Menus and stock change, particularly when venues are planning busy autumn weekends.
So, before booking, ask:
- Is alcohol-free sparkling wine included in the bottomless package?
- If not, can I swap the alcoholic option for zero cocktails or soft drinks?
- Do you stock a specific alcohol-free fizz?
- Is the drink genuinely 0.0% ABV, or does it contain a small amount of alcohol?
Cue the raised eyebrow : asking is not awkward. It’s useful.
🌴 Turtle Bay Leamington Spa: the strongest bottomless match
If you want the full celebratory atmosphere without making alcohol the centre of the table, Turtle Bay Leamington Spa is one of the clearest local options to investigate.
The restaurant’s official page says its bottomless brunch includes two hours of unlimited drinks, with a choice of cocktails, zero cocktails, draught beers, soft drinks or hot drinks. That gives you a genuine way to join the same brunch experience as your friends without ordering alcohol.
The setting is lively, colourful and unapologetically fun : Caribbean food, tropical flavours and plenty of energy. This isn’t a quiet café corner. It’s a “glasses clink, someone orders another plate, somebody starts planning the next birthday” kind of place.
Located at 11 Regents Court, it’s also close to Jephson Gardens, the River Leam and the town centre. Perfect for a post-brunch wander if you’ve still got room after jerk chicken, sharing plates or a big Caribbean-inspired main.
Best for: groups, birthdays, lively weekend plans and anyone who wants zero cocktails rather than a plain soft drink.
Ask before booking: whether a particular zero cocktail can be included for the full two-hour period, and whether alcohol-free sparkling wine is available as an alternative.
🇮🇹 Tavola: Italian food, proper alcohol-free cocktails
For a more food-led celebration, put Tavola on your shortlist.
A review from Chatting Food describes Tavola’s bottomless brunch as a two-hour experience built around pizza, pasta or salad, alongside Prosecco, cocktails or beer.
The useful bit for sober brunchers? The reviewer’s driving partner switched to mocktails, including a Crodino Spritz and an alcohol-free Cosmopolitan. Their verdict was that the latter “tasted remarkably close to the real thing”.
That’s the kind of detail we like : not a vague promise of “something alcohol-free”, but a proper drink with flavour, garnish and a sense of occasion.
Tavola’s brunch was reported as running daily from 11am to 4pm, although we’d strongly recommend checking the current offer and price directly before making plans. Older reviews can be helpful, but they’re not a substitute for a current menu.
The Italian setting makes this a brilliant autumn option. Imagine a warm table, a plate of pasta, the soft fizz of an aperitivo-style drink and absolutely no need to explain your choices.
Best for: Italian food, designated drivers, date-style brunches and alcohol-free cocktails that feel like part of the menu : not an afterthought.
Ask before booking: whether the Crodino Spritz or alcohol-free Cosmopolitan is still available, and whether alcohol-free sparkling wine can be arranged.

☕ Warwick Street Kitchen: sober brunch without the performance
Sometimes you don’t want to recreate a boozy brunch.
Sometimes you just want excellent food, speciality coffee and a table where nobody cares what’s in your glass.
Warwick Street Kitchen on Warwick Street is made for that kind of morning. The independent café serves brunch, lunch, seasonal food and single-origin coffee at 102 Warwick Street.
It’s walk-in only, which makes it ideal for spontaneous autumn plans. No fourteen-message booking negotiation. No panic when one person says they’re running late. Just turn up, find a table and settle in.
The café’s published opening times include Saturday service from 9am to 5pm and Sunday service from 9.30am to 4pm. Alcohol isn’t the focus here : and that’s precisely the point. Your brunch can be built around shakshuka, baked goods, coffee, juice or sparkling water with citrus.
If you’re meeting someone who doesn’t drink, this kind of venue can remove the pressure completely. There’s no “swapping” required because nobody assumes alcohol was part of the plan.
Best for: relaxed catch-ups, early brunch, families, coffee lovers and low-pressure plans.
Ask before booking: whether they can provide alcohol-free sparkling wine for a larger group if you’re organising a special gathering.

🍽️ Salino Lounge: all-day brunch with a community feel
Over on Parade, Salino Lounge offers all-day brunch, light bites, tapas and burgers in a relaxed café-bar setting.
The venue describes itself as a home-from-home with a community feel. That makes it a good option for a mixed group where some people want alcohol, some want mocktails and somebody else is mainly there for coffee and a plate of something comforting.
Salino is open from 9am daily, with later closing times at the weekend. It’s also dog-friendly and offers dedicated vegan, gluten-free and children’s menus : useful if your brunch group includes more than just adults celebrating a birthday.
Its current published offers include soft drink options in some meal deals, and the venue also serves a Virgin Mary. We couldn’t verify a bottomless 0% fizz package, so contact the team before booking if alcohol-free sparkling wine is the deal-breaker.
Still, the relaxed atmosphere is part of the appeal. You can ask about a fizz swap without turning the entire table into a negotiation.
Best for: mixed groups, all-day plans, families, vegan and gluten-free diners, and people who like brunch to stretch into the afternoon.

👑 Café Royal: classic brunch in the town centre
For a traditional café brunch, Café Royal on Warwick Street is another strong choice.
The family-run café serves breakfast, brunch and lunch, including full English breakfasts, pancakes, paninis, bruschetta, cakes and pastries. There’s also a children’s menu, alongside vegetarian and gluten-free options.
This is a useful reminder that a sober brunch doesn’t have to involve a “zero-proof” menu at all. Sometimes the most comfortable choice is somewhere that already treats coffee, juice and food as the main event.
Fancy something sparkling? Ask whether they can accommodate a bottle of alcohol-free sparkling wine for a group booking. It may not be part of the everyday menu, but independent venues can sometimes help when you give them notice.
Best for: family-friendly brunch, classic breakfast dishes and a calmer daytime atmosphere.
🥂 Two easy 0% fizz serves to request
If a venue can provide alcohol-free sparkling wine, ask for it chilled and served in a flute or wine glass. Presentation counts. Why shouldn’t your drink feel celebratory?
Try these simple serves.
1. The autumn mimosa
- 75ml alcohol-free sparkling wine
- 50ml fresh orange juice
- A twist of orange peel
- Optional: a few frozen berries
Pour the juice first, top gently with the fizz and garnish with orange. Bright, familiar and brunch-ready.
2. Elderflower and lime fizz
- 100ml alcohol-free sparkling wine
- 10ml elderflower cordial
- A squeeze of fresh lime
- Mint and a thin cucumber ribbon
Keep everything cold. Add the fizz last. The result is floral, fresh and far more interesting than a flat lemonade.
Always check the bottle label if you need a fully alcohol-free drink. “Alcohol-free” and “0.0%” aren’t always used in exactly the same way.

So, where will you go first?

Whatever you choose, book the table, ask the question and order the drink you actually want.
Sober brunch isn’t a compromise.
