Welcome to The Temperance Trail
A quiet shift is happening in Warwick. No booze, no pressure — just a mindful route through the town’s best-kept secrets.
Born from the idea of the Temperance Trail, we’ve reimagined our mission: instead of guiding you on a single walk, we’ve built a living, growing directory of the best alcohol-free drinks in Warwick & Leamington Spa. From artisan coffee shops and cosy pubs to restaurants serving the latest 0% creations, this is your map to mindful drinking.
From Trail to Directory
The original Temperance Trail celebrated Warwick’s historic links to the temperance movement — a reminder of when pubs and community spaces began offering alternatives to alcohol. As the world of zero-alcohol drinks has grown, so have we. What began as a trail has become a full digital guide: showcasing every café, bar, and restaurant in the region that serves exciting 0% options.

Our Story
Temperance Trail started with a simple idea:
What if a night out didn’t have to mean alcohol?
A few of us — locals, friends, wanderers — were craving connection, conversation, and discovery. But we weren’t craving pints or hangovers. So we took to the streets of Warwick, one weekend, and quietly mapped a different kind of night out. Non-alcoholic cocktails. Vegan cakes. Hidden courtyards. Places that felt good — in every sense.
We didn’t plan to start a movement. But the more we walked, the more people wanted in. It turned out we weren’t the only ones looking for something better.
The Temperance Trail is now an evolving route through Warwick’s most thoughtful independent spots. It celebrates those doing things differently — whether they serve alcohol-free spirits, plant-based bakes, or just offer a quiet space to unwind. No pressure. No judgment. Just good taste, well-placed.
It’s not a list. It’s not a club. It’s a trail. And you’ll find it one step at a time.
